It promises the best remote diagnosis thanks to live video streams combined with AR and collaborative tools. Using ViiBE boosts high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates, and helps save time and costs by avoiding unnecessary on-site travels. Based at Station F within the HEC, Zendesk, and Impulse Partners incubators, ViiBE has been working with industrial leaders such as Total, Air France, Allianz Partners and Decathlon worldwide. The company raised 1.2M euros in seed funding and now plans to grow its team.

Job Description

ViiBE is looking for a Growth and Acquisition Manager to support its growth!

Integrated into a dynamic team of 25 people, within the Marketing team, and in collaboration with the sales team, you will be responsible for elaborating, implementing, and monitoring a strong marketing strategy that will support ViiBE in building the powerful reputation of a trusted brand and increase awareness for our product.

Main missions

  • Find innovative ways of generating and qualifying leads to increase our website audience and improve the conversion rate of qualified incoming leads: to organize and animate webinars.
  • Create and launch lead generation campaigns (cold mailing, SEA/SEO, Linkedin Ads).
  • Monitor and analyze daily campaign performance and find new ways to increase conversion rate.
  • Establish an inbound lead generation strategy with our Sales Operations team.
  • Automate as much of our lead generation strategy as possible with our Operations engineering team.
  • Create targeted audiences for the different verticals that we address.
  • Participate in the implementation of a Growth Hacking strategy and report directly to the founders.
  • Organize our participation at local and international events.

Preferred Experience

You would be a great fit for this role if you

  • Have a Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Communication or a related field is essential.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in similar positions ideally in Growth Hacking, lead acquisition or/and BtoB marketing with an understanding of the SaaS ecosystem.
  • You are fast on your feet, capable of mastering new tools rapidly
  • Bonus You are capable of creating simple algorithms in Python/Java/SQL or HTML
  • Are creative and able to find innovative content ideas and solutions to boost lead generation.
  • Are passionate and knowledgeable about tech and at ease with Web services and SaaS business models. You are eager to learn more about Web applications.
  • Have demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development with a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Have experience in Sales or Customer Success Management and a good understanding of customer service practices.
  • Have excellent relationship skills, you are rigorous, organized, autonomous, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You like to take initiative!
  • Enjoy bringing abstract concepts to life.
  • Enjoy working with a team on creative initiatives.
  • Are fluent in both French and English.

40-70K€ depending on your experience and know-how.
