In a context of complex technical manipulations, our Webapp helps after sales services and industrial technical support operate the best remote diagnosis, reduce their experts' displacements, optimise FCR rates and improve customers' satisfaction through an amazing remote assistance experience. Job Description

What would you do ?

  • Ensure training and compliance for our customers’ users
  • Develop strong and sustainable relationship with the users
  • Identify the sticking points while using ViiBE in order to emphasise the adoption and steadily optimise the customer’s journey
  • Follow up on the consumption (number of ViiBE communications, minutes per experts…)
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customers industry business challenges and objectives to appropriately map features to address their needs
  • Elaborate action plans to expand sales within an existing account (upselling and retention)
  • Secure the contract renewal and, if necessary, support the renewals process to minimise customer attrition

Preferred Experience

Your state of mind, You

  • Have professional experience in Customer Relationship Management where you acquired the knowledge of customer service practices
  • Are passionate and knowledgeable about Tech and at ease with Web services and SaaS business models, eager to learn more about Web applications
  • Have excellent relationship skills, you are rigorous, organised, autonomous and result-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and like to take initiatives
  • Are knowledgeable about the industry and the retail worlds, their actors and their practices
  • Are fluent in both French and English
