ViiBE is the video assistance technology without download dedicated to after-sales services and technical maintenance centers. It promises the best remote diagnosis thanks to live video streams combined with AR and collaborative tools. Using ViiBE boosts high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates, and helps save time and costs by avoiding unnecessary on-site travels. Based at Station F within the HEC, Zendesk, and Impulse Partners incubators, ViiBE has been working with industrial leaders such as Total, Air France, Allianz Partners and Decathlon worldwide. The company raised 1.2M euros in seed funding and now plans to grow its team.

Job Description

ViiBE is looking for a Content and Social Media Intern to support its growth!

Integrated into a dynamic team of 16 people and within the communications department, you will be in charge of producing content for our various industries, planning and executing a social media strategy, and finding and managing press opportunities.

Ready to take on the challenge?



  • Produce well-researched and developed blog articles focused on our key industries (energy, automotive, aerospace, construction, insurance, and retail).
  • Write articles for our Medium account with a more personal tone to highlight the internal growth of the team / our story.
  • Reach out to our partners, other startups, etc to find opportunities to co-write articles.
  • Develop newsletters with the success team to inform clients of updates, new functions, and other exciting news.
  • Work with the success team to provide any content needed to support the onboarding and learning process of new ViiBE users (new FAQ articles, update tutorial articles/videos).


  • Write press releases following important milestones or announcements.
  • Reach out to journalists and find opportunities for articles, interviews, and other media that can be produced about ViiBE.

Social media

  • Develop a social media strategy in line with upcoming events and announcements.
  • Write and publish posts for our various platforms in order to grow our followership and reach.

Preferred Experience

You would be a great fit for this role if

  • You have excellent editorial skills and are comfortable researching and producing content for various industries.
  • You have experience with and a passion for digital communications & storytelling in various formats.
  • You have experience developing and executing social media strategies.
  • You have an understanding of strategic communications across channels and with a variety of stakeholders in mind.
  • You are curious and passionate about tech and web apps, startup ecosystems, and digital transformation.
  • You are a people-person who is outgoing & engaging and have a passion for creating positive relations and collaborating with a team.
  • You have excellent relationship skills, you are driven, organised, autonomous, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. You like to take initiative!
  • You are a native French speaker and have a good command of English. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and you enjoy creating content in both languages.
  • You are likely at the end of a Communications-relevant graduate program.
